Upgrading and development works around Gardens
Development works at Bay East Garden from 24 Oct 2023. The promenade and area under the Benjamin Sheares Bridge will remain accessible to the public.
Traffic Advisory during weekends
As car park lots in the Gardens are limited, public is advised to travel via MRT and alight at Bayfront or Gardens by the Bay station. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please follow our Telegram channel for updates on the parking situation.

Traffic Advisory for OCBC Cycle 2024
The Gardens remain accessible during the OCBC Cycle event on Sunday, 12 May 2024.
- Road closures around Bayfront Ave and Marina Boulevard are from 3.00am to 9.00am and 3.00am to 9.30am respectively.
- Please note that Bayfront Plaza Carpark will only start operating at 9.30am on 12 May 2024. Alternative carparks are available at Main Entrance, The Meadow and Satay by the Bay.
- Vehicles can access Marina Gardens Drive from Central Boulevard via MCE(AYE) only.
- Vehicles exiting Marina Gardens Drive before 930am can make a turn to Marina Coastal Drive from Marina Gardens Drive.

Via The East-West Line
- Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15)
- Take Exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road
- Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive
Via Thomson East-Coast Line
- Alight at Gardens by the Bay MRT Station (TE22)
- Take Exit 1 into Gardens by the Bay (beside Satay by the Bay)
Bayfront Plaza carpark
- From East Coast Parkway (ECP) in the direction towards the City, and from Ophir Rd
- Head towards Sheares Avenue
- Turn left onto Marina Boulevard and enter Bayfront Plaza Car Park
- From Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) in the direction towards the City
- Take Exit 1 onto ECP (City) / Sheares Avenue
- Turn left onto Marina Boulevard and enter Bayfront Plaza Car Park
- From Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) in the direction towards the City
- Continue onto Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE)
- Take Exit 2 onto Central Boulevard
- Turn right to Sheares Avenue and another right onto Marina Boulevard to enter Bayfront Plaza Car Park
Main Entrance / The Meadow / Satay by the Bay carparks
- From East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) in the direction towards the city
- Continue onto Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE)

- Take Exit 2 onto Central Boulevard

- Follow the footpath leading under East Coast Parkway (ECP)
- Enter Bay South Garden along the waterfront
From Marina Bay Sands
- Cross the overhead bridge (Lions Bridge) located at Marina Bay Sands Hotel (open daily from 8.00am to 11.00pm), or
- Take the underground linkway via Bayfront MRT Station (Exit B)
